Born into the restaurant business, I am proud to be the son who chose to call catering both a living and way of life. Many hours in hot kitchens, working weekends and holidays I ask myself when will it ever end? Hopefully Never! I take pride in my work and firmly believe my reputation, along with my client's, is on the line every time you taste my food.

The Empress Room has been in the making for many years. These days I am filled with gratitude for the wonderful friendships formed with you, my amazing clients, and I sincerely treasure these special times.
